Very fun weekend camping and racing with some of the best in Angel Fire! Cassie consistently taking second for every stage and riding fast as always.

Just some fun local racing at the bike park, Cassie placing 2nd in Women’s and 1st in Juniors!

Weather, as always, has been going from wet and freezing to dry and warm throughout the weeks as Cassie has been coaching and riding every day after school and on weekends, here are a few shots!

Cassie’s favorite race was great once again! Cassie placed 5th with her teammate in 2nd for the junior varsity girls. Even while being sick and cut off in the last 100 feet of the race, she pulled through with a smile!

So much fun this weekend at the Big Mountain Enduro. Cassie’s first one! The first day was going great until stage three, where THREE flats resulted in Cassie walking down the whole run, although it wasn’t really a good run for anyone. However, the next day went much better with a win for Cassie on stage six and she placed 4th overall! Thanks so much to all the event sponsors!

Good first race although Cassie was not in the best shape. Although placing 8th in her first junior varsity race wasn’t so bad. Next race will go better!

Had a great week camping and coaching in Eagle with a great group of SMBA riders! We endured some fun rides and enjoyed some great  food and many meteor showers.

Awesome weekend brushing shoulders and meeting with some of the greatest mountain bikers in history and riding bikes non stop. Cassie placed first in the pump track challenge and second in her first downhill race! Trestle provides much fun for bikers all around once again.

The Beti Bike Bash this year was great fun as always for the SMBA girls. Rough race in sport but the glitter and smiles were worth it and a fun course as well. Not to mention the playground had some crazy slides and the campsite had a huge jumping pillow!

Though the weather in Boulder lately has been quite wet, we’re still out there riding and getting dirty with our awesome coach, Heather Irmigir!
